ABUKAI Provides Unparalleled Level of Flexibility and Convenience for its Corporate Customers

These advanced features include Cumulative Monthly Expense Reports, Out-of-pocket Support, Multi-activity Tracking and Cumulative Flexible Storage Policies.

These optional features for Custom Corporate Accounts are:

Cumulative Monthly Expense Reports: Some companies require a single combined expense report for a specific time period as opposed to separate expense reports by trips, or whenever the user hits the submit button on their ABUKAI Expenses application. With this feature, ABUKAI appends each new expense submissions to a user’s existing expense report for the current period and begins a new report at the beginning of the subsequent period.

Out-of-pocket Support: Users can denote whether an expense should be categorized as “out-of-pocket” for which reimbursement is necessary, or already “paid-for” by the company, e.g. through a corporate charge card or purchase order.

Multi-activity Tracking: Users can dynamically assign expenses to different customers, projects or cost centers at the time they capture their receipt images. Users can also request separate expense reports for each customer, project or cost center code.

Flexible Storage Policies: Enterprise customers, have the option of having images of their company’s receipts deleted immediately after processing, or have ABUKAI archive those images for a designated period of time, e.g. for audit purposes.

These advanced features join ABUKAI’s existing Custom Corporate option for Back-end Integration that enables direct posting of expense data into existing expense or content management systems without the need to change current process or replace existing systems. With ABUKAI Expenses, the capture and recording of your expenses is a simple two-step process. ABUKAI takes expense information from images your mobile device camera captures of an expense receipt and automatically populates an expense report for you with cost categorization, date, vendor and all other information needed. A copy of each receipt image is also provided in a PDF document along with the report.
